It’s time for the Kerfoot Speciality update and oil of the month!

Bonfire night has been and gone and Christmas is only around the corner. The weather is changing and there is nothing better than sitting in front of a roaring fire with a bowl of smokey roasted vegetables and a good Yorkshire cup of tea. This leads us nicely on to our flavour of the month!

 

Oil of the Month

Smokey Flavoured Infused Olive Oil

Oil Brief – This oil works perfectly with any meat or fish, especially drizzled over steak, ribs or shrimp on the BBQ or grill. It is very popular in Asian cuisine particularly in seafood dishes. The perfect complement to roasted vegetables. Or simply used on its own as a dipping oil, the possibilities are endless.

If you’re looking to add a deep Smokey flavour to your recipe then this is the oil for you. We can tailor make this flavoured oil to be as strong or as mild as you require.

Lemon Infused Sunflower Oil

Oil Brief – Lemon oil is prefect for cakes and deserts. It will compliment any fish dish in particular salmon and tuna. Perfect as a dipping oil or marinade for olives.
