During the last 25 years, The Kerfoot Group has established its role as the main independent supplier of edible and technical oils in the UK. Our independence means that we are under no obligation to buy materials from any one source, ensuring that our customers are offered the most competitive prices.
Inevitably, weather conditions have a major impact on agricultural production, which means that materials can be susceptible to volatile price swings. This underlines the importance of making well-informed buying decisions and is the reason that we place so much emphasis on gathering and sharing this type of information with our customers. The Kerfoot Group has direct links with the major US, Far Eastern and European markets, and is, therefore, able to offer customers an honest and unbiased assessment of how market conditions will affect them.
To accommodate our growing customer base and ensure that our supply chain runs efficiently, we have created a purpose-built storage facility at Goole in East Yorkshire, which is constantly fed shipments of refined, deodorised rapeseed oil.
Whether the oil is sourced from the UK or abroad, our own dedicated and customer-friendly logistics team is on hand to ensure that it has a smooth journey.
