• Daily bank reconciliations for all operational bank accounts
• Input of exchange rates into Tropos and Coda
• Book currency purchases and sales
• Daily maintenance of the currency database
• Daily Currency sweep – check buying and selling contracts
• Preparation of cashflows
• Responsible for issuing and reconciling of petty cash in GBP, Euro and USD
• Set up of direct debits and recording the payments in Coda
• Post Coda in tray – daily
• Daily checks including checking transfers from Tropos to Coda
• Reconcile Stock and GRNI accounts between Tropos and Coda
• Check other alerts and follow up if necessary
• VAT calculation and reporting including Import VAT
• Intrastat and EC sales reporting
• Reconcile month end Aged Debtors & Creditors
• Government statistics preparation and reporting
• Provide support to Accounts Payable or Receivables when required
• Processing of Barclaycard expenses
• Cover for Finance team members’ absences as required
• Any other duties as directed by Finance Manager or Finance Director

• Candidates must be able to demonstrate previous experience within previous roles.
• Previous experience within a FMCG and manufacturing environment desirable.
• Tropos/CODA systems experience desirable but not a must
• Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook proficient
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage work load effectively, prioritising and organisational skills
• Pleasant and confident telephone manner
• Awareness of the financial best interests of the company
