Our very own David Kerfoot presents the award to one of the Point to Point winners.
The Kerfoot Group is proud to support a number of invaluable community-based projects and charity fundraising activities. Here are just a few of the organisations that we have worked with during this year:
The Pendragon Community Trust aims to build or convert a property locally for severely multi-disabled people to create a better life for them. The aim is to provide very high quality care in an environment that will be stimulating.
The Kerfoot Group currently sponsors Murshida, a ten year old girl who lives in the slum area of New Dehli, India. Her father is a labourer and they survive by being rag pickers, gathering anything that someone else throws away. Action Aid helps Murshida with her schooling and has created a library where the children can study.
The Kerfoot Group's staff support this annual event by wearing jeans to work.
Community Articles and Events
Festive ice rink for local school
The Kerfoot Group will be supporting Applegarth Primary School in its fund-raising mission this Christmas by providing a portable outdoor ice rink. Skaters will be able to get into the festive spirit and, at the same time, boost the school’s coffers.
