Q: What do you do?
A: I work as a Trader in the Bulk Trading Department providing advice on the markets, pricing and buying positions for our varied customer base. I am also responsible for arranging the vessels which we bring into our tank storage facility in Goole, and believe me this is not an easy task! I also oversee all of the contract administration generated from the buying and selling of the oils.

Q: What?s the thing you like most about your job?
A: I really enjoy dealing with people, helping them out in the best way that I can. No two days are ever the same and it is this sort of challenge that I thrive on.

Q: Tell us something you?ve done, or you are associated with that makes you feel proud
A: I have a lot of happy and proud moments, like graduating from University (many moons ago) to having two fabulous children; just seeing them strive and achieve things in their lives makes me feel proud, and especially proud to be their mum.

Q: If you could take 3 people for a drink, who would they be, where would you go and what would you buy them?
A: For a real enjoyable evening of fun and laughter my first person would be James Corden, which I?m sure he would be a pint of lager man, hoping to get him slightly ?merry? to persuade him to write another episode of Gavin & Stacey ? just loved it!
My second person would be Carol McGiffin, I really like her sense of humour, I would buy her a glass of Champagne (or two) - of course I would have to have one with her.
And my final guest would be Gordon Ramsay, I think he would be a Whisky man, being Scottish after all, just like my good self.
My ideal setting would be for a relaxed evening at The Wensleydale Heifer, West Witton ? it is a must.

Q: What?s your all time favourite movie?
A: Easy ? Dirty Dancing, cheesy I know but it is just great to watch and have a good sing along to!

Q: Do you have a food weakness, something you can?t say no to?
A: I love just chilling out on a weekend, not having to do much cooking, so opting for a Chinese takeaway and a bottle of wine. Bliss!

Q: What?s your secret ambition?
A: No real major ambition, just lots of achievable ones, like being able to travel and see the World. But mainly for me and my family to live a happy and fulfilled life and enjoy everything the best we can.

Q: Is there a song, band or gig that stands out for you?
A: Black Eyed Peas ? I Gotta Feeling .... just such a catchy song and having two children that go around constantly singing it, it is very difficult to stop myself! AAHH!

Q: If there was one thing you could change in the world, what would it be?
A: Oh, now that is a tricky one, the list could go on and on, but for me at the moment it would have to be ?War?, it would be nice just to be able to switch on the TV and not to hear about more casualties.

Q: What do you most enjoy doing outside of work?
A: Easy .... shopping (as my husband knows too well) and dining out ? especially having a relaxed Saturday afternoon catching up with the girls over a glass of wine or two! And of course spending as much quality time with my family having lots of fun.
