Background: Our extra virgin olive oil is produced from the cold pressing of olive fruits. It is yellow to green in colour and has a distinct peppery characteristic with a grassy/earthy odour and taste. Properties/Benefits: Produced from the first cold pressing of the olive fruit and packed with flavour, our extra virgin olive oil contains no more than 0.8% acidity and is a rich source of omega fats.
Recommended Application: Most commonly used in salad dressings, sauces, and marinades. It can also be used for light frying or as an ingredient in many ready meals and pasta dishes.
