Established in 1983, the group was an initiative of French farmers to assure sustainable outlets for their production of rapeseed, sunflower, olive, soybean, and protein crops including pea, field bean and lupin.
Today headquartered in France, Avril Group operates internationally in sectors across human and animal nutrition, renewable energy and chemistry. In each of these sectors, growth has been based on a portfolio of brands that are leaders in their markets, including Diester®, Sanders, Lesieur, Puget, Matines, Bunica, Taous and El Kef.
