Interview process

If you’ve been shortlisted for an interview you will hear back from us to arrange a date, time and location that is suitable. It’s not always possible to respond to every applicant so if you don’t hear from us then you haven’t been successful at this time, but we’ll be happy to provide feedback at any stage of the recruitment process.

At your interview we want to get to know you better so we’ll be looking for you to expand on the details on your CV and we’ll ask questions based around our values –  Respect, Boldness, and Performance – such as:

When you come for your interview be sure to bring proof of your eligibility to work in the UK, we will need to take a copy of this. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask any questions you have prepared or that come up during the discussion, and we are happy for you to have notes to hand so you don’t forget anything. We’re a friendly and welcoming team so if you struggle with a question or need us to re word it just tell us, it’s no problem.
