It was fantastic news that graced The Kerfoot Group camp in early January. The long awaited recognition for David A Kerfoot’s contribution to both business and the local community was rewarded in the January honours list with an MBE.

The journey has been a long one for both directors David and Elizabeth Kerfoot. David’s continuous ambition to throw himself into various projects from his services on the Independent Monitoring Board at HMP YOI Northallerton, to raising awareness for an assortment of causes in Moldova. Working together with Elizabeth and a hand full of others, David’s most significant contribution has been to the local community charity, Pendragon, which is raising money to develop high quality accommodation for individuals with both moderate and profound special needs.

David’s generosity, ambition, care and willingness to help, both within and outside of the Group, are a few of many factors that are being deservedly rewarded. All the staff of the Group are proud and inspired to be associated with him and join in congratulating him on this major achievement and true milestone.
